Q: Hi, Understood that we have to meet the tour guide at tropicana stop but can we check in the Stratasphere on our own if my flight reaches early?(arnd 11 am) Possible a pick up since its the same hotel we have to stay in the tour or we have to come to tropicana stop on our own ? 2009-02-19 10:59:40 Hi Jain: If you were to self transfer to the hotel on your own, you can take a taxi from the airport to the hotel. Please note that hotel check-in begins at 3PM. You are welcome to arrive in advanced and ask the front desk if it is possible for you to store your belongings in a room before check-in. Sometimes, they have this service. Please comment this request when booking. We will provide the tour guide's telephone number to you, so that you may contact him/her on the first day of your tour. Tour pick up can only be at the Tropicana, or you may meet the tour group at the hotel on Day 1. (Stratosphere Hotel is usually the hotel used for this tour, but due to hotel occupancy, this is not guaranteed and is subject to change. This information will be confirmed on your e-ticket). Q: Hi, We are looking forward for our US trip with u:) Please let me know if the coach can drop me at Ramada Plaza in LA after finishing the tour ? Do we have to pay extra n how much for that for 4 adults and two kids? Otherwise what are the stops in LA where we can get off and take a cab? Our next day will be the other tour with u which is USLA2-308, for which we r opting for Radisson covina. So either radisson or Ramada Plaza, drop is fine. Pls advise. Thanks. 2009-02-19 11:46:51 Hi Jain: For your first tour, we can drop you off at the Radisson in Covina, and the rates for the hotel are at $89.00 for double, $99.00 for triple, $109.00 for quad per room per night. However, if you try and start the tour with code USLV2-358 on Sunday, you should be able to transition smoothly into your next tour, USLA2-308 where you won't have to get a hotel extension. 2009-01-30 17:48:17 Hi Felix Chung: The closest pick up location to the Banana Bungalow Hollywood is: Chinatown Senior Citizen Center, 600 N Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90012. You will still need some sort of transportation to reach the tour departure point. This tour includes a mandatory admission fee to the Native American Tribe Reservation. If you do not wish to enter the West Rim, you will still be required to pay the $54 per person fee to the tour guide. 2009-01-24 08:50:59 Hi Iris: USLA2-471 goes to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon while USLA2-351 goes to the West Rim the Grand Canyon. The South Rim is a public area, where entrance fee is already included in the the tour package, but the West Rim is a privately purchased part of the Grand Canyon; entrance this side will be paid for during the tour ( $54/per person), not included in the package price. In the West Rim, you can also visit the Skywalk (optional tour: additional $32/person to be paid during the tour). Thank you for your inquiry. 2009-01-20 10:22:25 Hi Guilherme Bohns: The tour usually picks up from the hotel parking lot or the lobby. The guide may call the passengers rooms but they don't usually do so unless they have trouble locating the customers. It would be best if you were ready for pickup at the lobby 10 minutes prior to the confirmed pickup time. We also always provide an emergency number you can call on the day of your tour in case you have any inquiries or need any assitance during your pickup. It is also advisable to re-confirm your pickup details 24 hours prior to the tour start. Thank you for your inquiry.
